Wampus students rejoice, it's about time we got some half decent food around here! Daiboku ramen is the sister restaurant of Sazan ramen, which I was already a fan of. They specialize in miso and shoyu ramen, today I ordered the latter. I came over the summer and there was ample space, but I bet this place will be crowded once school starts back up...
I came here for lunch on Wednesday. Quick serve, you order first at the counter. The area is nice and there are a good amount of parking space in the front. Nice modern open space inside and a good amount of seatings.I had Jiro style ramen and loved it! Pretty legit Jiro ramen and the broth was very flavorful and creamy. Pork charshu was very tender and flavorful as well!..
